However, it is difficult to support them suitably by using general welfare equipment because there are a lot of individual disabilities. Therefore, the adaptive welfare equipment is needed in near future. In this study, 1-parameter tuning which is one of the self-tuning control scheme in the process industries is applied to a welfare equipment.
