This paper describes a Web-based tool to support educational environment, which can provide suitable services to design easily, to carry out smoothly, to report visually and to analyze statistically questionnaire/testing. We have developed our Web-based tool with “Ruby on Rails”, applied it to real lectures and evaluated it based on feedbacks from teachers and students through practical educational situations.
