The debut pamphlet from drag king and gal dem gender columnist Kaan K/Yas Necati, "If I Were Erol", looks at the writer's Cypriot/British mixed heritage, and how it intersects with their non-binary gender identity. In these poems, Kaan travels back to Cyprus, playing with cultural norms of language and naming to imagine a new world for themselves.
