An independent boost section adds punch and presence whenever you need it. With separate Bass and Treble controls alongside a Drive knob, you’re in total control of your EQ and gain structure — making Igneus ideal for guitarists and bassists alike. The ability to switch the order of the Overdrive and Boost sections adds further tonal flexibility: Boost-First: Pushes the overdrive harder for richer harmonics and harmonic character. Overdrive-First: Keeps the boost cleaner behind the distortion for dynamics and bite. Technical Explanation of controls:- DRIVE – adjusts the amount of gain of the overdrive BASS – adjusts the overdrive EQ from mids to deep bass TREBLE – adjusts the overdrive EQ from mids to high treble OVERDRIVE VOLUME – adjusts the output level of the overdrive side of the pedal DEEP - This is a clean boost which when used in conjunction with the boost volume control gives up to 30db’s of gain. BRIGHT – Boosts the frequencies from upper mid to high frequencies. Cuts the lower frequency below about 350hz giving a treble boost. Used with guitars when higher frequencies need enhancing. BOOST VOLUME - This is the overall volume of the boost side of the pedal.
