Designed by chef Dena Marino as part of the Il Mio Tavolo collection, exclusive to Biordi Art Imports. The distinguishing feature is the raised vertical edge — not a low platter lip and not a deep bowl, but a defined wall that contains saucy or layered foods on a platter that still presents like flat plating. The platter measures 15" diameter × 2" deep. Stoneware fired at 1240°C with hand-applied glaze. Available in six colorways: Coconut Cream, Cocoa Powder, Blue Wheat, Grey Salt, Sage Leaf, and Fennel Pollen. The high edge makes it the most versatile serving piece in Il Mio Tavolo — you can plate up a single roast, a layered grain salad, or even a brothy pasta without worrying about a flat platter overflowing.
