At 7" diameter × 3" deep, it sits between the Side Bowl (8" × 2") and the Small Bowl (5.5" × 2") — the right size for a personal pasta or soup, a generous breakfast, or an individual salad. The bowl is made of high-fired Italian stoneware with hand-applied glaze fired at 1240°C. Available in six colorways: Coconut Cream, Cocoa Powder, Blue Wheat, Grey Salt, Sage Leaf, and Fennel Pollen. Dena first made her mark as the chef of the well-respected Ajax Tavern, D19 and Ellina restaurants in Aspen, Colorado, developing her refined, signature style centered on thoughtful presentation — a nod to her many years spent under the tutelage of acclaimed chef and restaurateur Michael Chiarello.
