A wine born for the love of Italy's Etna Rosso, Ray and Maree of Lethbridge went on a journey to make a similar wine in Australia. Sadly, there is no Nerello Mascalese fruit in Aus tralia, so they blended Nebbiolo for its structure and aromatics, Pinot Noir for its bright red fruit and Schiopettino for its aromatic and red fruit characters. All fermented in a Tuscan Amphora for 11 moths before bottling as is. A truly natural testament of old world winemaking brought to you in a spectacular bottle of wine. We love this. Show more
