100% Sangiovese from hand-harvested hillside fruit fermented in stainless steel tanks and macerated on skins for 21 days. The wine is aged in a combination of tanks, Slavonian oak barrels, and both French barriques and tonneaux (second- year oak) prior to a year of bottle aging.
