Lauren's Illuminations is a classically styled Cabernet Franc red wine grown with organic and biodynamic grapes cultivated on his 2.5 hectares of land. The flavours are dense and d eep with earthy and dark black fruits, but with the acidity and freshness one would expect from Cabernet Franc.
