How long will it take to get my cardboard cutout?While we process and ship all of our custom orders on the very next business day, our licensed cutouts are produced in conjunction with a 3rd party that requires 2-3 business days for processing. Processing times take 2-3 business days and our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. If you need it faster, we'd recommend upgrading to one of our faster shipping options to ensure it gets to you in time for your special event. We offer premium shipping options at speeds from 3 days to overnight. I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?Once placed, orders are considered final. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped out, we can refund the shipping fee but not the product fee.
