The Ordinance is a documentary by Deidox Films that shows church communities in Texas working together to protect people from predatory payday loans. These churches had mercy minis tries for years but kept seeing people gripped by the cycle of poverty due to predatory lending. They banded together to actually try and limit what these lenders could do in order to keep others from being hurt by them.
