In the animated film Sing (directed by Garth Jennings and Christophe Lourdelet, Universal Pictures, 2016), Johnny seeks a life different from the one of crime his father leads. But his father insists that he help out his father’s gang. Johnny doesn’t, and his actions lead to the incarceration of his father.
