Titanium Grade 5 Tightening torque 20 Ncm stainless steel pre-mounted handle and abutment screw black diamond included The Immediate Load System (ILS) includes all components that, in a safe and reliable way, allow for fast prosthetic rehabilitation even in situations of different angulation of the implants. For this purpose, straight and angled bases are available, to be combined with a titanium temporary or castable abutment. The ILS straight and angled bases, made of Titanium Grade 5, have a cone in the superior part thatallows to easily compensate even the most marked disparallelism. The ILS straight bases are supplied assembled to a special plastic handle that allows the removalfrom the package and the first screwing on the implant. They are available in different intramucosalheights from 1 to 3 mm.The ILS angled bases are provided with a stainless steel handle to ensure safe handling, especiallyin the back teeth area, during the coupling with the implant. They are available in 17° and 35°angulations, in different intramucosal heights, covering a wide range of possibilities for solving anyprosthetic problem. The impression coping transfer for Immediate Load System (ILS) featuresa female cone in the connection area perfectly matching to the one onthe straight and angled ILS bases. The morphology of the top allows a good retention of the device in theimpression material. The impression coping screw can be locked manually for the benefit ofthe quick execution of the operation. The Peek healing cap ensures the ability to effectively protect the systemimplant + ILS base during the time between the end of the surgicalphase and the application of the prosthetic structure. For the realization of the temporary or permanent prosthetic structures, are available the easy to shorten and model Temporary abutments formilling and a classic castable abutment that allows to realize structuresfor casting. There are also available covers of small dimensions, for castingand bonding made of Cobalt-Chrome or Titanium which avoid the wastingof time for dimension reduction operations. The ILS implant analogue, made of stainless steel, faithfully replicatesthe cone present on the straight and angled ILS bases. This ensures,on the lab model, the perfect reproducibility of the implant and ILSbase position. The intraoral/laboratory scan body for the IL system is made of Titaniumopacified by sandblasting. Thanks to the very low manufacturingtolerances (5 micron), it is the ideal device to determine the exactposition of the implant through the digital impression taking technique.
