Please be aware that as part of this service, all internal components of your iMac will be recycled. We are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process. 4 Pack your iMac securely Use the original iMac box if you have it, or pack it securely with foam and bubble wrap. The iMac’s glass screen must be well protected during transit. Walk-in customers can skip this step. 5 Ship via Australia Post Send your iMac to our workshop in Balwyn, VIC 3103. We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance given the value of the unit.
