The MS1 is imerge's latest award winning audio video product featuring their new user interface and external data storage options. It is sold in either server or client modes, in server mode the MS1 connects to and manages the data storage devices. In client mode the MS1 becomes a slave of the server, up to six clients can be connected to one server over a gigabit network effectively delivering (including the server) up to seven simulations independent streams of audio and video. The currently supported data storage devices include the LaCie 2TB eSATA drive (1TB Mirrored) and the XiVASafe iSCSI RAID 6 storage device available in either 3TB or 6TB capacity. Up to three XiVASafe’s can be connected to a MS1 Server offering a massive 18TB of storage.
