Herbs including echinacea root, ginger and rose hip have traditionally been used to support and strengthen the immune system. This holistic blend has a grounded, earthy flavour, with subtle hints of sweet licorice and vitalising elements of zesty ginger and fresh lemongrass. This blend is caffeine free. BREWINGPlace a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc and allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
