Imodium Plus Loperamide Tablets are used for the treatment of sudden, short-lived attacks of diarrhoea when it occurs with stomach cramps, bloating and wind. Each tablet contains 2 mg Loperamide hydrochloride and simeticone (125 mg dimeticone per tablet). How to use Adolescents aged 12 - 18 years old, swallow 1 tablet initially, followed if required, by 1 tablet after every further loose bowel movement. Adults over the age of 18, swallow 2 tablets initially, followed by one tablet after every loose stool. Do not take more than 4 capsules in any 24 hours. Active Ingredients Loperamide hydrochloride (2 mg per tablet) and simeticone (measured as 125 mg dimeticone per tablet). Other ingredients include calcium hydrogen phosphate anhydrous, microcrystalline cellulose, acesulfame potassium, artificial vanilla flovour, sodium starch glycolate type A and stearic acid.
