Introducing New ITVS Universal Kit v2 The Implant Torque Verification System (ITVS) is designed to prevent implant failure by providing a quick, easy-to-use, and cost-effective system to verify the accurate calibration of dental implant torque wrenches. Improper torquing of dental implants is a leading cause of implant failure and can result from the dental torque wrench losing calibration with repeated use, being exposed to heat sterilization, and having incorrect factory calibration. Torque verification has understandably been overlooked by most practitioners: existing solutions require investment in cost-prohibitive equipment for the dental practice or time-consuming verification by third-party labs. The ITVS Universal changes this: using a manual torque screwdriver (Manual Torque Verifier) that interfaces with a universal chuck adapter, the ITVS Universal can verify torque for nearly all types of toggle-type and beam-type dental torque wrenches and screwdriver systems.
