These are considered part of the product’s design and are not defects. • Please note that you cannot choose the specific leather characteristics. Returns based on natural variations (such as scratches or marks) will not be accepted. Even in the case of exchanges, selection of leather characteristics is not possible. • Some items may have folding creases or processing-related odors. Differences in color tone or appearance are not considered defects. We recommend that customers who are particularly sensitive refrain from purchasing. • If an item becomes out of stock after your order is placed and cannot be restocked, we may cancel your order and issue a refund after notifying you. • Items placed in the cart are not reserved until the order is completed. • Product specifications may change slightly without prior notice.• Variations in color, size, and design may occur depending on the production period.• Depending on the material, color transfer may occur due to friction (especially when wet) or exposure to sweat or rain.
