The semi-transparent rib, over thread in matching colors, visually presents a subtle sheen that gives the fly a natural appearance. The TMC226BL hook provides a sexy shape that suggests movement as the fly gently bobs under an indicator. The barbless point penetrates and holds fish beautifully but is easy to remove once the fish is in the net.
