This is a 2 speed gearbox compatible with most of the 1/16th scale trucks and Willys too. If you are uncertain of your model or compatibility please send us an email first and we w ill be happy to check for you.This 2 speed gearbox requires the upgraded 2.4GHz radio system with sound, LED controls, winch compatibility, and also the ability to shift gears. The stock 2.4GHz radio installed in the trucks does not have the servo output to shift the gears and as such the upgraded radio is needed to pair with this unless you are using an aftermarket controller.
