This in-person training brings together schools and organizations from across the globe for a live, hands-on experience that gets you ready to bring SPARK Mentoring to the youth you work with and shifts something in you along the way. Day One is for you. We break down the program's foundations: resilience, state of mind, separate realities, the thought-feeling connection, and the unbreakable SPARK every person carries. Most people leave day one seeing themselves a little differently than when they walked in. Day Two is implementation. You'll get into the curriculum, run the activities yourself, teach pieces back in small groups, and walk through the best strategies for rolling SPARK out in your school or organization. By the time we wrap, you'll have actually experienced the SPARK program. The magic of this in-person training is the people. You're learning alongside educators, leaders, and program staff from completely different settings, picking up ideas you'd never get on your own. Several of our SPARK team members join in too, bringing their own teaching styles and stories from years of experience teaching the SPARK program. This training experience is included with your SPARK Mentoring license for up to 5 staff members!
