You’ll receive a customized 8-week strength-training program, complete with video demonstrations for each exercise to ensure correct form and prevent injury. Programs will include an exclusively electronic workout tracking sheet to monitor weekly increases in weight and/or repetitions to ensure the application of progressive overload.
