As our roasting evolved, we realised it had become much more than just a blend — a way to showcase exceptional coffee, remarkable producers and the journey from origin to cup. terra is the next chapter of that story. Every chapter is carefully selected and air roasted in small batches, right here in our Glenfield micro-roastery. Chapter One – The Coffees La Cima – Cajamarca, PeruGrown high in the mountains of northern Peru, La Cima provides chocolate sweetness, body and structure. Careful washed processing creates a clean, balanced foundation with lingering sweetness. Zinabi – Yirgacheffe, EthiopiaFrom the birthplace of coffee, Zinabi contributes delicate floral aromatics, bright citrus and remarkable clarity. Its washed process allows the unique character of the origin to shine through with elegance and precision. Together they create a beautifully balanced espresso that is equally enjoyable black or with milk.
