INDI tonic is made by macerating Orange skin from Seville, Lima and Lemon skin, Kewra plant, Cardamom seeds, Kalinji from India and of course Quinine. Finally water, white & cane s ugar are added. During three to four weeks all botanicals macerate in cold water and alcohol to obtain the maximum of flavors and aromas. After the maceration of the Botanicals, these are distilled in centenary copper pot stills, by the technique of “a bain-marie” to allow a gently and gradually distill process achieving the maximum quality. This process takes place in a unique centenary family distillery in El Puerto de Santa Maria, in the South of Spain. 200ml Show more
