Learn a sampling of Indian cooking techniques by participating in and witnessing the preparation of a full Indian meal. ($100 per person) Gather a group of 4 to 6 friends for a fun Indian cooking session. We’ll create a menu that works for you. And while in the interest of time some of the preparations will be done ahead of time, (think mise en place) the actual cooking will be done all together so you can watch and learn. You’ll be given a handout at the beginning with all the recipes so you can make notes as needed. As we cook, we’ll eat the fruits of our collaborative labor, course by course! The session is approximately 3 hours long. Payment and Cancellation policy: Due to the heavy preparation involved, payments must be made at least a week ahead of class day and payment is non-refundable. In case something causes you to change your plans, you may pass your spot on to a friend.
