Madras Curry Powder: Distinctive, warm, powerful, lemony and rich, excellent in curry, chutney, sauces, gravy, chicken, lamb, veggies, rice and stews. We love this on roasted cauliflower. One of our customers mixes this into mayo for a great veggie dip! Tandoori Masala: Chicken, fish, lamb. Mix 1-2 tbsp. with 1 cup plain greek yogurt and 1 garlic clove crushed. Marinate chicken or lamb at least 2 hours, but for best results, marinate overnight. Use a cast iron pan to grill or broil. Show more
