The cherry blossoms, orange flowers, fava flowers as well as wild pea shoots and Douglas Fir tips add stunning freshness to this gin along with many other botanicals. The freshly harvested botanicals for this gin were hand picked the morning of distillation by Tara Jasper our head distiller, she wanted to capture her favorite moment for you to enjoy.
