Details of your Gift Certificate Your Ineko Home gift certificate is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. After which any remaining balance will be removed and the certificate will become invalid and no longer available for use. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Please protect your certificate and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged certificates. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift certificate which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud. Where goods you have purchased with a gift certificate total less than the value of the certificate, any balance will remain on the certificate and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the certificate has not expired. If you return goods or cancel an order before delivery, which you purchased using a gift certificate, monies owing will be refunded as a gift certificate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
