PanOceania is the richest power in the Human Sphere and does not enjoy being told that money is not always the answer. The Kestrel Colonial Force is the hyperpower adapting anyway, built for colonisation work where you use what is on hand rather than what the catalogue recommends.An expansion pack extends what a Kestrel or wider PanOceania list can put on the table. That suits an army whose strength is having a good answer to most situations, since the more options in the collection, the more of those situations you can actually respond to. Faction: PanOceania, Kestrel Colonial Force. Role: more list options for a force with its core already in place. Who it suits: a player writing their own lists rather than opening their first box. Metal and resin miniatures, unpainted and unassembled. PanOceania is often recommended as a starting faction because its troops are straightforward and effective, but an expansion pack assumes the army already exists. If you have not played Infinity before, a two player starter set is the better first purchase, and this becomes the natural follow up.
