Explore herbs traditionally used for joint comfort and learn what research tells us about their potential anti-inflammatory effects. In this one-hour class, we’ll meet nettle, burdock root, and turmeric while discussing plant compounds, simple preparation methods, and important safety considerations. Enjoy optional tastings of nettle and burdock teas, Curate’s Golden Milk prepared with oat milk, and our Arthritis Relief Tea blend. We’ll also explore why black pepper accompanies turmeric and how food, tea, and concentrated supplements differ. All tastings are optional.
