Vinyl LP pressing. 2015 release, the third album by the Spin Marvel. It is the brainchild of drummer Martin France, British bassist Tim Harries (once part of Bill Bruford's Earthwo rks), and Norwegian sound sculptor/percussionist Terje Evensen, here joined by Norwegian trumpet master Nils Petter Molvaer and additional drummer/producer Emre Ramazanoglu. Together they create spacious and dramatic soundscapes of profound intensity on the startlingly original Infolding, blending aspects of free jazz, ambient music and electronica in provocative ways.
