Duplex stack switches are designed exclusively for Infratech WD-Series dual element heaters (WD-3024, WD-4024, WD-5024, WD-6024 and all voltage variants). They are NOT compatible with single element heaters (C-Series, W-Series, SL-Series) or Motif Collection CD-Series heaters.How Does Half Power / Full Power Work? WD-Series heaters have two heating elements. Each duplex switch controls both elements independently. Turn on one element for approximately half heat output. Turn on both elements for full power. This gives you simple three-level control without needing a dimmer or relay panel.Single vs. Dual Switch: This single switch controls one WD-Series heater. If you have two heaters, you need either two single switches or one dual switch.Duplex Switch vs. INF Regulator: Duplex switches are for WD-Series dual element heaters only and provide half/full/off control. INF regulators are for single element heaters only and provide gradual variable heat control.
