This first session is a chance to get to know you, your story, daily rhythms, and what’s calling for care. We’ll talk about what’s happening in your body and your life, and begin t o notice where herbal support might be helpful. My approach draws on Italian folk herbalism, clinical herbalism, and a slow, intuitive way of listening to both the person and the plants. This is a conversation, not a diagnosis. Together, we’ll begin mapping gentle, practical steps for support. After the session, I’ll send a protocol with suggestions for herbs, practices, and or resources that may fit your needs. The initial consultation lasts about 60–90 minutes and can stand on its own or serve as a starting point for ongoing work. Show more
