A juicy, dark-fruited red from Gols in Burgenland, Ink is a blend of Zweigelt with a little St. Laurent. Hand-picked fruit, spontaneous ferment in stainless, about 10 days on skins , then ageing in old barrels. It’s bright and supple, with crunchy berries, a hint of spice, and easy drinkability.
