Save some money with Profiles Alcohol Inks Awesome art inks to create tie-dye and watermarble looks! Use Ink’d over your cured Outshine for best results, some no wipe tops are too slick to use with Ink’d. Simply paint Ink’d on… on and drop other colors of ink’d over top of it, you will see it start to dissipate and create lines.
