As I shared on Instagram, the inspiration behind this photo is a little more personal. It was perhaps the “aftermath” of a sunset that my son had spotted when he and my husband wen t to buy dessert after dinner. He spotted this gorgeous, inky blue sky, like big watercolor brushstrokes, and exclaimed, “Look at that sky! So pretty! Take a photo for Mommy!”. Since he was a little boy, I have shared my fascination with beautiful colored skies and interesting cloud patterns with him, so it warms my heart to know he has learnt to appreciate God’s paintings in the skies. These earrings don’t do justice to that amazing sight, but I hope you like my inspired version of it. On full 14k gold filled with cubic zirconia gold plated hooks.
