The course emphasizes safety, balance, and control. Here are the key components: Learning to Move and Stop: Participants will practice proper techniques for starting, stopping, and maneuvering on inline skates. Topics include forward propulsion, turning, and using braking techniques effectively. Learning to Fall Safely: Falling is a natural part of learning any sport. In this class, participants will learn how to fall safely to minimize the risk of injury. Techniques for rolling out of falls and protecting vulnerable areas (wrists, knees, and elbows) will be covered. Learning to Balance: Balance is crucial for inline skating. Participants will work on improving their stability and core strength.
