Indemnification:I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all entities listed above from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that they may incur due to my actions or participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 3. Medical Treatment:I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of such treatment. 4. Compliance with Rules:I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event staff and understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the Event. 5. Photography/Video Release:I grant Cars & CEO's, House of Gab, Brand No. 9, LLC, and its agents permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval. 6. Data Sharing & Future Invitations:By registering for this event, I understand and agree that my registration information may be shared with House of Gab and Brand No. 9, LLC. This data will be used solely for the purpose of communicating future curated events and experiences. Information will be handled respectfully and will never be sold or used for unrelated marketing. By registering for the event I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
