At the heart of innerdance’s vision is the return to a life based on sacred simplicity, a return to earth’s sound, rhythm, and beauty. innerdance is a holistic modality that allows you to experience wakeful sleep(similar to REM sleep phase) aka dreaming while awake. The body goes into a healing state that supports rebalancing of the nervous system and sleep cycles. This is especially helpful if you are dealing with stress, a disrupted sleep cycle and other mental or physical challenges. Part healing modality, part philosophy, it also presents a kaleidoscopic mirror in which we can observe the inner and outer world, and break the limitations and attachments that define our current life.
