The soft material of the flask moulds to fit the shape of the pocket it's in for increased comfort. As you drink from the flask, it shrinks to remove any air, reducing unpleasant m ovement and sloshing as you run. The SOFT FLASK itself can be frozen, for hot races where an ice cold drink is going to be beneficial. At the other extreme, the flask can withstand temperatures up to 60C/140F.
