It is inspired by the text input fields you see on web pages and in apps. By placing sticky notes or a small notepad on the left side and pens on the right, it mimics the action of typing in a web form. This modern desktop organizer is crafted from solid North American hardwoods to offer a durable, luxurious feel. In Dark Mode, Walnut creates the tray base and pen stand, while Soft Maple provides a light background for your text. The Light Mode style uses Soft Maples for the tray base and stand, while Walnut gives a darker feel to the input area. The modular design allows the user to mix and match multiple Input Field Tray sets to create custom looks. The inherent natural wood variations add to its uniqueness. The rounded-rectangle design features radiused curves at the corners and along the bottom, tapering to a small foot. The pen stand features 12mm bores to accommodate many medium-diameter markers, and they taper slightly inside to align thinner items, such as ballpoint pens and pencils, vertically. The tray base measures 256 mm wide by 128 mm deep (approximately 10" x 5"). The tray interior can comfortably accommodate 6" x 4" sticky notes and standard business card sizes. Each part of the tray is finished with a food-safe, low-VOC hard wax—use the same hard wax to repair the product! Product care is simply a matter of using a lightly moistened cloth, optionally with a dab of dish soap. It is possibly the most over-engineered solid wood pen stand.
