What's Inside Ingredient What It Brings Catnip The quiet star of this blend — nepetalactone is one of the most respected plant compounds in the traditional bug-deterrent kit. How to Use • Shake well — the plant oils settle between uses, so give the bottle a good shake before every spray. • Mist freely — spray onto exposed skin and clothing before heading outdoors, keeping away from the eyes. • Refresh often — reapply every hour or so, especially after sweating, swimming, or toweling off. • Ankles and socks too — a quick spray on shoes and pant legs goes a long way in the garden.
