Grape: MalbecVintage: 2021Type: Red 100% Malbec from the Uco Valley Monasterio Vineyard in Gualtallary, from sandy and calcareous soil. Grapes are hand harvested, and fermented in concrete tanks, 30 day cold maceration, and aged 12 months in French barrel. Purple in color. The enticing primary nose presents crushed plum, cherry, violets and faint lavender undertones. The tea-like palate has a juicy, refreshing, taut flow that delivers alluring fruity and floral flavors before the lengthy finish.
