This nail polish primer and sealer works as the first and last layers of your manicure. Our polish is dry to light touch within 1-2 minutes, but you will want to avoid getting your nails wet or washing your hands for about an hour for maximal longevity. Nail tips might start to chip at 2-3 days, but using our primer/sealer and refraining from abrasive activities (like scratching or scrubbing) for the first several hours can keep the manicure picture perfect for up to 4-5 days. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE • Apply 1 coat of Inside Out Primer & Sealer as the first later of your manicure. • Allow to dry for about 1-2 minutes. • Apply 1 coat of color polish. Allow to dry. • Apply a second coat of color polish. Allow to dry. • Apply 1 coat of Rise & SHINE Top Coat. Allow to dry. • Finish with a final coat of Inside Out Primer & Sealer. • For the best results, try using a hair dryer to dry in between coats.
