His original paintings are on display in world-class galleries throughout Europe and the U.S. How did he become so influential?Early in his career he conformed to the impressionistic technique of painting as seen in this Dutch landscape. But, he was a deep thinker and passionately pursued spiritual knowledge. As he developed intellectually, his paintings evolved into a breakout movement. In 1917 he established the Neoplastic style which aspired to refine images to their purest forms while balancing the composition.
