Internal electrical components Heating system failures Control board malfunctions Wiring and internal connections Factory-installed components that fail under normal use Replacement is reserved for situations where repair is not possible, at our discretion. All service is performed by our in-house team. What Is Not Covered Pro Protection does not cover: Physical damage or impact damage Water intrusion or corrosion Modifications or unauthorized repairs Damage caused by misuse or improper operation Cosmetic wear Consumable components Protection Plan Terms: InstantVap Pro and Elite Protection Plans extend the original 2-year manufacturer’s warranty provided with all InstantVap units (excluding plungers, which are considered wear components). Coverage begins on the original date of purchase and extends total coverage to 3 years (Pro) or 4 years (Elite). This Protection Plan: • Applies only to the original purchaser• Is non-transferable• Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use• Does not extend coverage on wear components (including plungers)• Does not reset or restart the original warranty period The Protection Plan does not cover: • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper operation• Operation outside intended specifications• Unauthorized modifications, tampering, or internal alterations• Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to liquids• Damage resulting from unauthorized repair attempts• Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality• Loss, theft, or accidental damage Any evidence of tampering or unauthorized repair voids coverage. Warranty eligibility will be determined after physical inspection by Lorob Bees technicians. Warranty is serviced based for repair of defective unit not replacement of vaporizers. By technical standards this is a limited warranty. Shipping Terms • Lorob Bees is not responsible for damage incurred during inbound shipping• Return shipping is covered under Pro and Elite plans as stated above• Expedited return shipping is included with Elite The Protection Plan must be purchased within 90 days of the original unit purchase date. Lorob Bees reserves the right to modify program terms for future purchases or discontinue the Protection Plan program at any time. Existing active plans will remain valid through the stated term. Digital Product Notice The InstantVap Pro and Elite Protection Plans are digital products. No physical documents or materials will be mailed. Upon purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email and coverage will be automatically attached to your Lorob Bees customer account. Warranty status may be verified using the email address or name associated with the original order. If the vaporizer is not associated with your Lorob Bees account, a valid purchase receipt from an authorized dealer must be provided. Lorob Bees reserves the right to verify dealer authorization status at the time of claim. Coverage must be verified within the applicable warranty term before a return shipping label will be issued.
