This add-on service includes: Reusable Gel Ice Packs – We use large, 16 oz. gel packs (sometimes multiple, depending on your order size) to keep your treats cool. These gel packs are non-toxic, puncture-resistant, and reusable. Smart Shipping Coordination – We time shipments to avoid weekends so your package won’t sit in a hot UPS or USPS facility. This upgrade is highly recommended for any chocolate orders shipping to warm or hot climates, especially during the summer months or to states with consistently high temperatures. Without insulation and cooling, chocolate can melt, lose its shape, and compromise the premium quality you expect from our products. We’ve invested in these high-quality insulated shipping materials to give you peace of mind — and to ensure that every bite of chocolate tastes just as it should when it leaves our store.
