This warranty covers manufacturer defects, battery failure and hardware malfunctions. The Toveedo Tablet is an investment worth protecting. Give yourself peace of mind! You can choose from a 1 year or 2 year warranty. Coverage & Benefits: The warranty provides coverage for: Manufacturer defects and hardware failures. Battery failure (excluding normal battery wear and tear). Charging port or button malfunctions due to regular use. What Is Not Covered? This warranty does not cover: Lost or stolen devices. Water damage or liquid exposure. Screen cracks, or any physical damage. Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration). Normal wear and tear beyond functional damage. Limitations and disclaimers Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.Toveedo reserves the right to deny claims if fraudulent or bad intentioned activity is suspected. How to File a Claim If you ever need to use your warranty, reach out to our support team at [email protected]. In the email, include: Proof of purchase Warranty details A quick description of the damage or issue Any photos or videos of the issue (if needed) We’ll guide you through the next steps. If the claim is approved, Toveedo will determine whether to repair, replace, or refund, and we will provide instructions for repair or replacement. You may be required to return the damaged device. Claims will be processed within 5-7 business days. For domestic claims, return shipping is on us. International customers may need to cover shipping fees. Our warranty is non-refundable once purchased. Since it provides immediate coverage, we’re unable to offer refunds.
