Freight Shipping: For large products that are too big to ship via UPS Ground or USPS, such as large rolling toolboxes, and countertops, we use a freight carrier. Freight shipping is charged at a flat rate per pallet based on the distance from the warehouse in Irvine, CA 92606. The shipping zones and corresponding rates are determined by the driving distance calculated using the Google Maps API, from the warehouse to the destination address. If your order contains a mixture of Freight and Ground-eligible products, the order will default to Freight, and no additional Ground shipping charges will be applied. For freight shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for a quote. Freight orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box. REFUND & RETURNS As an authorized dealer of Boxo USA, we uphold their official policy.
